For our "shake down" trip, we returned to where it all started: Cliffs of the Neuse State Park. After a nearly flawless backing-in, we were treated to a gorgeous weekend. April found holes to dig and we found trails to hike... even if there were nearly flooded. New lesson learned: Saturday through Monday is much better than Friday through Sunday.
